Quinn has light blue hair that swoops to the side. He wears a long jacket with wings on them. He also wears a badge with Articuno on it, very similar to the Mockingjay pin that Katniss Everdeen has, from the Hunger Games. He also wears loose pants the fold wear they meet his tall boots.
